Libby Purves finds out why nearly a quarter of schools which advertised for a head teacher failed to find one. She's joined by Sue Kirkham, President of the Secondary Heads Association and head teacher at Walton High School, Stafford, and Elizabeth Robinson, deputy head of Charles Dickens Primary School and a graduate of the Government's Fast Track Leadership Scheme.听
