Memories from Year 6 Children in June 2002

Since we entered this school in 1998, we have gained many memories. Our first teachers was Miss Reid. In year 3 we took an Bentley Musical Aptitude Test'. We had lots of art lessons and enjoyed it very much.

In Year 4 our teacher was Mrs Jones. She read us lots of poetry. Our favourite poem was 'Chocolate'. We also had a trip to the planetarium at Liverpool museum.

In Year 5 our teacher was Mrs. Nolan. In that year we did lots of Design and Technology. We made model cars and Tudor houses. Near the end of the year 5 the old school air raid shelters were demolished.

In Year 6 our teacher is Mrs Collinson. So far in Year 6 lots of fun things have happened, although the national tests were worrying but not as bad as we thought they would be. We are going on a school trip later this year to a place called PGL. It is an activity centre near Shropshire.
