Where is he now?

Returned to London and living with Hannah.

Moz had always been the most popular boy in the class - he never had to try to have friends, or girlfriends. He was confident he'd make it as a musician, and in the mid-1990s had a brief flirtation with success when he was in a band that nearly caught the Cool Cymru wave. But not quite.

The problem was that he wasn't the talent in the band - he was the cool lead singer and a good guitarist but his mate Jim could write the songs and moved to London to become a good writer/producer.

Moz moved back to Bryncoed (after a very brief sojourn in Cardiff) and formed the Mozquitoes, an RnB outfit in which he shone whilst singing 100% cover versions. He enjoyed being a big fish in a small pool, but hadn't quite given up hope that it still may happen for him in the music industry. He claimed to be writing songs in his spare time but he was probably too lazy, and uninspired.

He worked full time at ProntoFit and did a couple of gigs a week. He enjoyed his life when he arrived at Bryncoed but Tanya's demands were increasingly getting to him. They had been together for five years, meeting just as he was missing his wave. She hero-worshipped him then and he had found her a gratifying and undemanding partner.

However, when she discovered his fling with underage Hannah, the power shifted into Tanya's court, and she finally found the courage to dump him. Not for long however. When Moz crawled back full of self-recrimination, and asked her to marry him, she couldn't refuse and Moz was all set to finally walk up the aisle finally.

After marrying Tanya he decided that Hannah was in fact the girl for him and left Tanya for her. Ruth and Steve had different ideas though, and Hannah agreed she was too young for all of this. Out of spite Moz spilt the beans on his hate shag with Ruth leading to a violent fight between him and Steve at the end of series 5.

Moz realised that he'd hurt too many people too many times to get back to his former life. He moved on because nobody wanted him in Bryncoed: Tanya, Prontofit, Hannah, no-one and he needed to get over his injuries. He chose not to talk to the police about the fight. What could he have said? "My teenage girlfriend's father beat me up for sleeping with her before she was sixteen?"

In Series 7 everyone in Brynoced thinks Moz is long gone - and good riddance - but Moz makes a shock comeback and showed the true extent of what he'd been through since the fight with Steve.
