Annie B from the usual

carol from where its b****y hot
They'd better not try that in Caithness...it would leave nothing but Bains and Mackays. What a thought!!
Flying Cat from stickingtomygunns
Did you really go to LA, Calum? If so, what on earth for?! And why did you not pop over to NM and visit?
mjc from NM,USA
Carol - the only LA I've been to this past while is Lower Adabrock. Until Galson Motors give airmiles that's the way it's likely to stay.
calum from Dingly Dhal
There must be a lot of people in Caithness who marry the Bain of their life

No no no. It was a drive-by SHOUTING not shooting, but it led to quite a fracas. Whoever bawled at the chap in the kilt that his slip was showing was taking a fair auld risk.
Nessie from behind the curtains
If we're on about criminal names here's hoping that little Princess Whatsername (Peter Andre and Jordan's latest) can trade her moniker in for something sensible like Agnes, Morag, Dolina or Jessie.

I have a secret shameful liking for names like Angusina, Murdina, Andrina....etc. At least West Coast Scots just gave the firstborn-that-should-have-been-a-boy a silly name and didn't bury her under Pete
Flying Cat from Monniker's Place
Ah you've reassured me calum, the very idea of yet another scot having to go through the nightmare of customes at lax is too much for me to bear!!!
carol from waiting for the thunderstorm
Why is it that everytime Carol from the weather channel, mentions lax, I feel the need to go for a seat in the smallest room?
Tws from On The John
You're jumping the gun, TWS. It's only when Carol mentions X-lax that you should make a bee line to the Red Cross hospitality suite. # Did you folks know that Brooklyn, NY, is the original home of X-Lax. You didn't? Well, now you do. Bless you all, and pass the chocolate.

Tws must have trouble leaving Stornoway via Laxdale.
Annie B from the usual
And I bet he doesn't eat gravadlax either...
Flying Cat from salmonchantiedevening
Is "Jumping the Gunn" a popular pastime in Caithness?
