OTT tracks...
There are bound to be some outrageous claims on tonight's show. Would The Proclaimers really walk 500 miles? Were The Carpenters actually on top of the world looking down on creation? And I think Bryan Adams might be stringing you along when he tells you that everything he does he does it for you!
This could be a really fun theme. It's exaggeration and it was suggested by Julie from Edinburgh during our A-Z of themes. There were some real crackers suggested from the blog and elsewhere. Fear not as I have hung on to them and you will hear some of the best ones over the next few months..

Aye, right.
Since it didn't make it to celebrating life the other night, I'll re-offer
Black Wonderful Life tonight.
Maybe it was a little too bleak for that show. In which case, it's perfect for tonight. Life doesn't feel too wonderful at the moment for many people, including myself and my colleagues. Downsizing, office paranoia (who's going next???) then the added spice of all that new stuff they're promoting (and we're expected to push, too) which is almost certainly guaranteed to see most of us out of a job in a few years. Turkeys voting for Christmas, anyone? No, no - it's progress. That the product/ service we offer will also then be "out of a job" is apparently neither here nor there. The high heid yuns have no doubt already feathered their nests for that eventuality.
