News came through this week that our fellow blogger, Paul Handley,has found himself back on the shelf after 23 years and is now actively looking for birds.

His mum has redecorated his room and covered it with birds.

As he hits the social scene, what has his musical taste got to be like to pull - does he have to say goodbye to Neil Young? What do folk listen to 'out there'.Should he simply be well versed in listening to the Gorillaz or actually mixing with them?

What would you recommend? Examples please?

Frankly I think that comment and many others this week to Paul have been totally insensitive.

I'd like to expand on CynthPlasCas's idea from the previous thread:

I sincerely apologise for my comments if they are insensitive - my impression was that Paul saw the bloggers comments as a light relief. It was Paul who implied he was looking for a new woman in his life. As someone who lived thorugh the same thing, I was thinking about the 'Friday Night Lights' thing and remembering the re eveluation of everything that goes on when you are suddenly find you are of different status.

I still think its a good hoot of a theme for a Friday - but apologise for tying it Paul's news.

I would recommend Gaie'e suggestion on the "Pain" thread.

As an alternative, the weekend for many gives a bit of a boost and may'be something based on "energy" or "speed" would be appropriate e.g.

Atomic, Run to Fast fly to high.
