³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Music has opened a quick-turnaround commissioning round for the following shows:

The Radio 2 Folk Show (Presenter: Mark Radcliffe)

Pick Of The Pops (Presenter: Mark Goodier)

BUNDLE: Sounds Of The 60s/Golden Hour (Presenter: Tony Blackburn)

Please note:

  • Please make sure you read the TUPE information and take this into consideration in your bids, where applicable.
  • Suppliers should submit a 500 Word Proposal per show – these proposals will then be short-listed.
  • If submitting, please also complete ‘Part 2’ of the brief, especially the budget information.
  • The closing date for submission is: midday on Thursday 7th November.
  • We expect the pitching to take place, on Teams, between w/c 18th & 25th November.
  • With each completed proposal we request some extra information regarding diversity and inclusion – please see the ‘Opportunity’ section of each brief, and ‘Appendix 1’ for details. 

Ad hoc commissions

Radio 2 ‘s rolling Ad-Hoc round is open all year round – for any short proposals (250 words max) for curated music series, documentaries, social action campaigns, special projects or themed seasons. If you have a specific idea for a Radio 2 programme described above, contact Robert Gallacher.
