Just checked in to see what's happening and haven't really thought about tracks for next week, but agree that It'th a Mythstery must be played - and besides MissBabs worried about me. Suddenly the sun is shining in my world. Roll on the weekend, last game of the season for the Locos. What am i going to do for the summer? I am being threatened by the two 'G's' of ageing, gardening and golf. Take me back to the days when a "mature woman" was in her late twenties, early thirties.

Maggie moved to Holland for many years after recording both the single and the cut-down version for the TV show. Since then she has produced a couple of different versions but they are hard to find. I am hoping she will play live in Scotland soon as it would be good to hear her again. I do know she is back in the business and still has a superb voice.

This is a wee Inn less than seven miles up the road from here and absolutely nothing around it other than fields. The guy who owns it has done a lot to promote music over the years, indeed the late great John Martyn had agreed to play at Lathones and then came the news of John's untimely departure.

I tried to get tickets for Maggie Bell(the audience is about forty or less!) but they had gone within seconds of going on sale.

Maggie performs still, but not in any Mean City!!

DC that place has pure hunners of outstanding gigs - I have been looking at its listings since the hotel which escapes me at the moment stopped but its just that wee bit further. My brother lives not that far away but.....nah! Glenfarg! Thats it Glenfarg Hotel.

The whole Inn at Lathones is so small that you could fit it inside the front foyer of the SECC. And as I said, there's nothing there other than an Inn.

Glenfarg has a similar reputation. My brother went to see Nazareth there & booked in for the night. It ended up my bro & Dan McCafferty in the bar chewing the fat until 6 am. I'm really jelous caws I was the Nazareth fan in the family!!!

Lathones could be a good idea for a GIO get together but there's a wee bit walk to the next campsite!

Best cop chase ever on foot. TJ Hooker giving a fit youth a hundred yards start and chasing him across roads over fences down embankments and across bridges and catching him without a hair on his toupe out of place. At least Frank Cannon had the good grace to mop his brow when he ran.

#93..... which had been chucked out of dodgy Italian bars, owned by small, balding, fat guys with moustaches, wearing white aprons and speaking loudly about mamma, whilst surrounded by their 'minders' toting Armani suits and Versace shades.

The good guys (who were really corrupt) dived over the bonnet of their cars (the hood if you're Rich in NC or Danielle in Canada) and into the car, as somneone sounded 'Dixie' on the horn, to be served a huge pepperoni pizza with fries and a side salad 'to go' by Daisy Duke in hotpants (cue Hoppo...) whilst Boss Hogg uttered 'Enos you dipstick!'

Jeez, my whole life just flashed before my eyes just now....
