Change of theme....
We've decided to postpone this week's theme of 'the elements' until a later date. With on it's way to New Orleans, I didn't want to be sitting here playing Like A Hurricane by Neil Young while the US coastline is battered by a tropical storm. So many of the songs suggested by fire/air/earth/water would be inappropriate at a time like this.
Instead we are going to go with song titles that are questions for tonight. Suggestions could be Who Pays The Ferryman? What Do You Want To Make Those Eyes At Me For? Or When Will I Be Love. Send them in by blogging or on e-mail and you can call and text after 6pm.
I'll post the rest of this week's revised themes later today...

"Is Your Love Strong Enough?" (featuring Dave Gilmour)
"Will You Love Me Tomorrow?"
Ferry also did a version of "Are You Lonesome Tonight?"
I would add Roxy Music "Would You Believe?" (one of my favourite early Roxy tracks)
Roxy's Phil Manzanera also has a track called "¿Que?" and he did an album with John Wetton (it is a terrible album) and had a song called "Have You Seen Her Tonight?"
Roxy Sax man Andy Mackay did a version of "What Becomes Of The Broken Hearted?"

'Do You Believe in the Westworld?' by Theatre of Hate.
Kirk Brandon in his pre-Spear of Destiny days with a cracker of a track.
This single came out around the time the band were supporting The Clash on a UK tour.
Quite a double bill.
Cheers.

A little judicious editing could have been employed to select inoffensive titles.
After all there's no one left in New Orleans except reporters and the hurricane has been downgraded.
I'm afraid it's the Archers for me tonight.
