Neil Martin has e-mailed me his 'opening lines' in the form of a quiz. Our combined office efforts came up with 22 out of 26. According to Neil: "I hope that I got them right, didn't look up any websites, so was relying on my ears and memory, meaning that there may be some glaring howlers."
