Much amusement in the office this afternoon when we found this snap lurking in the hard drive. Despite appearances it's not the Pet Shop Boys ceilidh album, but a backstage snap from last year's hogmanay show.

Robbie Shepherd is sporting a look inspired by Marc Bolan in his hippy phase, meanwhile I seem to be modelling an outfit that fuses Karl Lagerfield with Jimmy Logan.

This year, I'd be happy to cut back on the drinks, the bands and the stage crew...but please god let there be money in the budget for a stylist!
