Six weeks

Are you going back?:
Yes

When?
June or July 2001

Were you moved or upset at any point on your recent trip?
Yes

What made you feel like this?
Many of the victims wept bitterly as they related their stories.

Was there anything that gave you hope?
Yes

What was it?
Their will and determination to fight on.

Describe one of the people you interviewed and what they said
There was a woman in Interior Sindh who saved herself from an "honour killing". She's started her own business and now campaigns against the atrocities

Has your trip made you think any differently about human rights?
Yes

How?
People, especially women, are ignorant about their rights in the Indian Sub-continent

Anything else you want to tell us?
