Solesmes # Some pray by saying prayers, others pray by doing a job to the best of their ability. # Personally, I can always use prayers - whether by saffron robes, black/white/brown robes, brahmins in dhoti, & whether by those fiddling rosaries or clacking the worry beads. Moo, if and when you send your prayers my way, English (American English) is fine: no need to speak in foreign tongues (one dead, the other dying).

I'm so happy yr going organic. It's wonderful! And that you were accepted as a novice at Pluscarden Abbey..so sweet it is! I did some wandering on the net images of the abbey and oblates - all looks so good!

is that the whole title of the cheese? can you give a clue as to the farm - as its maybe a common name? Organic - you won't regret it - but its a whole lotta paperwork and inspections....

Of course Moo will come back. Why should she not? She is just praying for your soul and mine (I hopahopahopa), which is all very well as I am not good at devotions. When I pray, I do so silently: you can hear a pin drop, or gum being masticated, unless someone is coughing or another one is clacking the rosary beads. No monkish sing-song for me, however delightful (I can't hold a tune), and I certainly hope the keys of St. Peter do not refer to piano keys. Anyway, if you folks ask often enough, Moo will hear you and provide another epistle. # On a different note, Moo, have a wonderful Thanksgiving. May your turkey, or Cornish hen etc., be tender and tasy, and sweet potatoes all runny and yummy.
