In praise of Scottish islands

Stating the obvious; the Guardian leader on Saturday was entitled "In praise of Scottish islands".
It concludes: "...No island can be singled out as the best: but Berneray, near North Uist, with its white-sand beach and simple thatched hostel by the sea, surely cannot be beaten as a place to sample island life".

At long last something good in the media about the western isles. They only seem to print stories that show the islands in a bad light, and it really gets me annoyed. Many thanks for drawing my attention to it Digital
