Bring a wicker man. Because if any people outside the Western Isles or any strangers go to the festival we would have to burn them inside the wicker man. Because Ness is a local place for local people, we dont want any trouble round here!!!!

You've caught me on a bad day. It is the Ness Communions till Sunday and I'm a whipper in pitchforking reluctant attendees down to the church at Cross. I shall read up on the Ark in the back pue today and report back. What is the Evergreens Group - we have an Ever Yellow Group here in Ness which is made up of devout cowards and victims of jaundice in more or less equal numbers. I'm pleased that your ferry in getting its medical at Gugarock and I hope you have it back soon. I'll try and sort a reply as to what to bring by the end of the day. If the ferry isn't ready in time Sunny and friends have offered to knit you a replacement - she has a pattern.

How exciting DS - and what a lovely word bloggerati is. Sounds as if we're the bloggers with bling. (Well Chrissie Mary has a very jaunty hatpin for special occasions.) Calumannabel and Donald are in charge so they'll probably tell you what to bring. Think they're seeing to all the stationery requisites though. Calum might be interested to hear that you're from the balmy tropics. He seems to be developing some special lip salve for the fank so any tips on the Berneray Balm might be good. P.S. there aren't many trees in Ness so any Evergreens might end up talking to themselves or lined up to form a permanent windbreak. Might be best to leave them behind. P.P.S. How many of the 129 are serviceable boddach singletons?
