A Winter's Tale

Who will save us from this odd weather?
It's beautiful here at the moment. A little covering of snow made it seem really light at 7 am this morning. Did it cause anyone else to panic? I thought I'd slept in because it seemed to be daylight. It was just the reflection of the snow.
We hope it doesn't snow anymore as we are supposed to be build a shaduff tomorrow as part of the school's Egyptian Topic. A fine clear day like this would be good, but please no more snow.

How on earth can anyone live in the toon when you have a view like that (pic 1) Perhaps you could raise up blocks of ice and make an ice pyramid with your shaduff. (pics please of the finished item if poss)
