Cheers of happiness at the goal, for sure. Cheers of relief too. Everton had just started to turn the screw prior to that goal, with Boreham Wood unable to get the ball away. It finally results in a finish of quality. The very first of the game. Suddenly, the mood in here is an awful lot brighter.

Boreham Wood are on the ropes now and almost concede a quick-fire double, but Michael Keane heads over.

They are stretching the defence and getting down the sides.

More urgency already from Everton, skipper Vitalii Mykolenko zips in a tremendous ball across the box but it is just out of the reach of Salomon Rondon sliding in.

Richarlison's arrival means Frank Lampard has switched it from a 4-3-3 to a 4-2-3-1.
