The west Londoners are now seven without a win since their opening-day victory over Nottingham Forest.
League One and League Two update
Time for some late goals
Ipswich have grabbed an 86th-minute lead against Gillingham in League One through Teddy Bishop's fine curling shot from the edge of the area.
That could consign the Gills to a fourth straight defeat.
Jeavani Brown netted a 89th-minute equaliser for Colchester at League Two leaders Newport... but County regained the lead through Padraig Amond two minutes later.
And Zachary Dearnley's 89th minute strike at Roots Hall has put Oldham 2-1 up at Southend.
The English Football League have just tweeted to say their iFollow service is working again, for anyone who was encountering issues earlier.
League Two update
Barrow are surely going to register a first EFL win in 48 years.
Josh Kay has made it 4-1 at Mansfield.
And Cambridge United have a second from the penalty spot in their game at Walsall.
Joe Ironside has netted the spot-kick, with top scorer already Paul Mullin substituted.

Hull have turned things round at Bristol Rovers since the break.

Blackpool are having a torrid evening at AFC Wimbledon. The Tangerines, trailing 1-0, are now down to nine men for the final 15 minutes after Danny Ballard was shown read for foul play.
But, with just one goal in it, they still have hope...

Rochdale have pegged Sunderland back in League One just before half-time.
Matty Lund has his second goal, slotting in from about 10 yards out at Spotland.
In League Two, Port Vale have come from behind to lead Cheltenham, with David Worrall putting the Valiants ahead.
And bottom-of-the table Southend have made it 1-1 against Oldham courtesy of Tom Clifford's free-kick.

John Marquis has put Portsmouth ahead against Northampton with his fourth goal in three games, and Bailey Wright has restored Sunderland's lead at Rochdale.
Both those games are heading for half-time.
Elsewhere, Hull are level at Bristol Rovers, with Keane Lewis-Potter heading in.
Charlton are still two goals up against Oxford but could come under pressure in the final 24 minutes after defender Ryan Inniss was sent off for a second bookable offence.
