Dave is taking part in an educational monetary experiment for Radio 1's money campaign - by going out for a drink with Greg and Dom

Rachel is going to do a long walk or doing an exercise DVD at Dana's, she then has pilates this evening
Carrie is going to prepare a talk which she'll be delivering at a school tomorrow about how to get into journalism.
Aled has got record company appointments today, this evening is then "Relationship night" with the other half. Tonight's culinary theme is the letter 'B'
