When discussing the environment, it’s natural to think of what we and other people should, could and will do in the future to lessen our negative impact on the environment.

Using these expressions, list some of the ways in which you could help the environment. Here are some words and images to help you:

  • Gallwn i brynu bwyd lleol. – I could buy local food.
  • Dylwn i ailgylchu poteli plastig – I should recycle plastic bottles.

Write a short piece about what people should/could do in the future to help the environment.

Here are some words to help you:

  • edrych ar ôl/gofalu am – to look after
  • newid hinsawdd – climate change
  • cynhesu byd-eang – global warming
  • trafnidiaeth gyhoeddus – public transport
  • mewnforio – to import
