Nominations for the Hall of Fame are now closed and the names of our chosen climate champions will be announced in September.
The Regenerators 鈥楬all of Fame鈥 is a celebration of young climate champions from across the UK who are passionate about the planet and taking action to protect it.

Anyone between the ages of 5-16 can enter, who either with friends or individually, have driven change within their schools, family or local community. We are looking for groups and individuals who have taken steps to look after the environment.
There will be six Regenerators Hall of Fame Awards.
Three individual awards:
- 5 - 9 year olds
- 10 - 13 year olds
- 14 - 16 year olds
Three group awards:
- Primary School
- Secondary School
- Community Group
For our school awards you can enter as a class, year group or whole school.
The winner of each category will receive a Regenerators Hall of Fame award and have a short film made about them, which will be hosted on the 成人快手 Bitesize website to inspire other young people.
Entries worthy of a special mention will also be featured alongside the category winners.

We are looking for young people who, either with others or by themselves, have within the last year (10 June 2021 - 9 June 2022) done any of the following:
- Taken action to reduce waste
- Taken action to look after nature or improve their local natural environment
- Used their voice(s) to inspire others to live a greener lifestyle, reduce waste or look after nature at home or in their local community
For example this could have been by:
- Helping to reduce food waste or encouraging others to eat more plant based meals
- Coming up with ideas to help reduce the amount of clothes thrown away or by making clothes last longer
- Taking action to reduce plastic waste or turning plastic into meaningful things
- Instilling in others a love of nature or looking after nature (e.g. gardening, litter picking, planting)
- Creating inspirational art, poetry or music
The awards will be judged by our panel of celebrity judges: Cel Spellman, Lucy Siegle, Dr Amir Khan, Konnie Huq, Edwin Congreave and Megan McCubbin. Each of these judges has a passion for the environment and they're really excited to see all the hard work that you've been doing.

- Innovative: How original and creative is the idea?
- Impact: What impact has the idea had?
- Inspiration: Has this idea influenced others to make a change?
How to enter
An adult will need to submit the entry form on behalf of anyone 16 or under and you will need the permission of anyone you have nominated to enter.
Please write up to 250 words outlining WHAT your climate champion(s) have done, HOW they did it and the IMPACT it has had.
You can attach up to two pieces of supporting information (e.g. videos or audio up to 60 seconds, photos, news articles). These will be used as part of the judging process.
Entries close at midday on Friday 10 June 2022.
If shortlisted you must be available the week of 20 June 2022 for verification.
If chosen you must be available from the 3 to 16 of September 2022 for filming.
Winners will be contacted mid-July and revealed at the end of September 2022.
