Eve Seemann

French chef Eve Seemann has spent her whole career honing her culinary craft in some of the best kitchens in London, and now hopes to present her innovative menu to the judges.

Eve has trained and worked at some of the finest restaurants in the capital, starting as a Commis Chef at the luxurious Sheraton Park Lane, then two years at Sketch (2 stars at the time) before landing a job at Marcus Wearing’s restaurant, working her way up to being head chef at Tredwells. Between working at Tredwells, and becoming head chef to Chantelle Nicholson’s restaurant Apricity in Mayfair in 2022, Eve worked at 1 star Trinity restaurant in Clapham.

With a cooking style described as vegetable-forward, Eve is passionate about promoting a sustainable and low waste style of cooking, using seasonal produce, spotlighting vegetables from independent farmers in London in an unusual way. For this, the restaurant gained a Michelin Green Star.

For the competition, Eve’s menu pushes creative boundaries, delivering bold, thoughtful dishes celebrating the rich history of British heroes, while subtly incorporating elements of her French heritage.
