Limpy is the Viking villager responsible for sounding the horn as the Viking raiding party return from their trip, but is not considered strong or useful enough to be taken by the Mire.
Limpy earns his nickname through a sword practice injury (hence the limp) and uses his musical-horn skills to create the call of the wooden ‘dragon’ that terrifies the Mire.
