Jazz singer Dana Masters is originally from South Carolina, but she's made Lisburn her home where she lives with her husband and three children.
Driven by her passion for music, Masters joined forces with some of Northern Ireland鈥檚 top jazz musicians, including saxophonist Meilana Gillard, trumpeter Linley Hamilton, pianist Scott Flannigan, bass guitarist Carl Harvey, and drummer Steve Davis. The so-called 鈥楧ana Masters Sextet鈥� are fast becoming an established band in Belfast music scene. Their debut album JAZZnBELFAST, released in 2013, features some of the most popular tracks from those memorable sessions at the McHugh鈥檚 bar.
