Harry Kirkpatrick

Originally from Norfolk, Harry is proud to be representing the Central region, and is hoping that his fine dining experience will help him beat his competition.

Starting his career in a local kitchen before earning a scholarship at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, Harry has since worked in some of the best restaurants in the world including; Claridge's Hotel in Mayfair, Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal (2*), and the world-renowned three Michelin-star restaurant Eleven Madison Park in New York.

Now head chef at Adam Byatt’s London restaurant, Trinity, it has featured in the National Restaurant Awards’ top 100 UK restaurants and has consistently held a Michelin star since 2017.

Trinity and Harry’s food is heavily rooted in the classics, with a focus on simple and clean cooking with impeccable presentation, and this is exactly what Harry aims to do in the competition, while celebrating some of the best inspirations from Norfolk and the Central region.
