Casitas

Casitas
Barney, Ed, Jack, Felix and Jamie are back on the Saturday show once again.

They've performed on the show before and this time, the Exeter based band will be in the 'goldfish bowl' for a full band set.

We'll also hear about their connection to Paul McCartney, which of the听group is a banana addict and who went to the same school as Coldplay's Chris Martin!

C3D

C3D

C3D is the performance name of听Exeter singer songwriter Chris Davison.

Chris says his musical adventures started when he was just seven years old and inherited a cheap guitar from his older sister (he still owns it!) and was inspired by his uncle - a professional guitarist on the Newcastle live music scene.

But it was hearing Stevie Wonders "Songs In The Key Of Life" (when he was 11) that "changed my life forever," says Chris.

Chris's听latest album was written and recorded over a two year period in a dingy, cramped basement - finding time in between to run a business and look after his family.

He'll tell us all about it - and play a song or two on today's show.

Ivor Lander

Ivor Lander

Plymouth musician Ivor Lander is a peripatetic music teacher by day.

He's also been the musical director for a local theatre company and has written the score for four stage musicals!

Ivor is a multi-instrumentalist, but today he'll be bringing along his piano to perform live on the show.

Moxham's Movies

Moxham's Movies

If you're thinking of a trip to the cinema, make sure you join us for Moxham's Movies after midday.

成人快手 Radio Devon's resident film critic, Paul Moxham, offers his thoughts on some of the recent new releases.

This week he'll be taking a look at The Way, Way Back - the coming of age story of 14-year-old Duncan's summer vacation with his mother Pam.

Polly Money

Polly Money

Polly is from Falmouth in Cornwall - but she has a great connection with Devon; she听supported Teignmouth band Muse on听the 22nd June听for their听capacity gig at The Stade de France in Paris.

We'll be finding out how that amazing opportunity came about when she joins JG on today's show.

Polly's debut EP "The 'That Guy' EP" is coming out in early September, she'll be performing live throughought the programme.

Razzamataz

Razzamataz
We'll meet some of the young students of Razzamataz Theatre School in Plymouth.

They'll be telling us all about the school and their aspirations for the future and maybe even hear a song or two as well.

Antonio Luli膰

Antonio Luli膰

Antonio Luli膰 will be popping in to the Saturday morning studio after performing at 听in Totnes on Friday 30th August.

He's been recommended to us by Kal Lavelle who was on the show just a few weeks back - and who is performing at this weekend.

Antonio was born in the north east but the name comes from his Chilean father and Croation grandfather.

He'll be joined by John Parker on Double Bass to perform live on today's show on his way back home to London.
