The DUP's Sammy Wilson has come under fire after he said some aborted foetuses in Great Britain had been 'discarded and put in a bin before they were ever born'. The remark was made during an emergency debate on abortion laws in Northern Ireland last night in the commons. It came after a heated exchange between Mr Wilson and Conservative MP Anna Soubry. Stephen spoke to Conservative MP Anna Soubry, DUP MLA Jim Wells, Green Party MLA Clare Bailey and commentator Malachi O'Doherty.

Also on the programme - texts, emails and WhatsApp messages between senior DUP advisors and civil servants at the height of the cash for ash scandal have been revealed at the RHI Inquiry. It's given an unprecedented insight into the machinery of government, and the relationships between Special Advisers, spin doctors and civil servants. There were also big questions for the DUP leader Arlene Foster. The inquiry will have to decide whether an Arlene Foster assembly statement at the height of the scandal showed the 'candour' which might have been expected. Stephen spoke to Newsletter political editor Sam McBride.
