Each month, Lifeline makes an appeal on behalf of a different charity and allocates a dedicated keyword and short code for that appeal which will be published each month. The dates and times between which you can make a donation to the Charity will be published on its specific Lifeline webpage. Please be aware that if you text the short code with the keyword outside of the Charity's campaign window, and you receive a “confirmation of donation” text message, then you will have successfully donated to the specific ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Lifeline Charity broadcast at the time you send the specific keyword to a short code.
4. Please ensure you spell the keyword carefully and send your text message to the correct short code, 70121 to donate £10, £20 or £30 and 70120 to donate £10, £20 or £30.

• up to 4 times per day (£40) to the Charity using the 70121 and 70120 short codes (donating £10 each time),
• You can donate twice a day (£40) to the Charity using the 70121 and 70120 short codes (donating £20 each time); and

Any donations made within the published donation period for the Charity which exceed these limits will be charged at your standard network rate only and will not result in a further donation.
6. If the keyword and / or short code are not entered correctly, you may not receive a reply but you may still be charged a standard network message charge to send a text message. Please ensure you spell the Keyword correctly and send your text message to the correct Short Code, however, if the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ (acting through Fonix Mobile PLC), acting reasonably, believe you are trying to donate, a donation will still be taken even if you entered the Keyword incorrectly. 7. All donors must obtain permission from the bill payer before sending a text message. If you are under 16 years of age, you must have the permission of your parent, carer or guardian before sending a text donation to the Charity.
