Charlotte Hawkins makes the 成人快手 Lifeline Appeal on behalf of the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Few diseases are as cruel and as relentless as motor neurone disease (MND), which attacks the nerves that send messages from the brain to the muscles, leaving those affected locked in a failing body, unable to walk, talk, eat and ultimately to breathe. MND affects around 5,000 people in the UK at any one time and can progress rapidly. There is no cure.
For more than 40 years, the MND Association has been there for all those facing this devastating diagnosis.
