Tension mounts for the final four competitors who are all within sight of the grand final – just two weeks away. ButÌýthere are two major tasks to master first.
Ìý
This week the challenge is to organise a publicity stunt. Peter Tatchell, prospective parliamentary candidate for the Green Party, steps in as guest mentor, explaining that publicity stunts are a direct and effective way to get a message across. Campaigners must be bold and radical, and relish making big, loud statements without being embarrassed. Peter goes on to say that publicity stunts succeed mostly because they are visual: people see the wacky, unusual feat being performed and, in seeing, receive the message. So in this week's Test Of Skills, the intrepid quartet is split into two teams and heads out to the high street to ask shoppers to hand over any spare plastic bags they've collected while shopping – thus making the environmental point that they didn't need them in the first place.
Ìý
Once the two teams have tackled their fears and mastered the skills required, they are set their main Leadership Challenge: to create the biggest publicity stunt, raising awareness of an endangered species.
Ìý
They start at London Zoo, where they are introduced to their two endangered species, the golden lion tamarin and the Komodo dragon.
Ìý
Embracing their new animal friends and learning about their plight, the two teams set off into Regent's Park to start devising their publicity stunt. But who will make the biggest impact and who will catch judge Jonathan Dimbleby's eye? While the winners celebrate, the losers face his dreaded words: "Your campaign is over" and four become three.

Sparkler (Sebastian Armesto) returns with his new wife
Mr Dorrit returns to England with the newlyweds, Fanny and Sparkler, as the Dickensian drama continues. He is overawed by the splendour of the Merdle house and deeply flattered when Mr Merdle offers to help him invest his fortune.
Ìý
Arthur also decides to invest the capital of Doyce and Clennam in Merdle's bank. He has big ambitions for the business and persuades Doyce of the need for expansion. Worried by the suspicion surrounding his mother's house over the disappearance of Rigaud, he commissions Pancks to find Miss Wade, in the hope that she can lead him to Rigaud.
Ìý
Mr Dorrit meanwhile is greatly enjoying his new role in London society as the distinguished guest and friend of Mr Merdle. This, he feels, is the life he was born to. But the shadow of the Marshalsea Debtors' Prison is long and when faces from the old days begin to reappear, reminding him of the times he would rather forget, matters take a turn for the worse. Perhaps he would be safer in Italy after all...

Father Jacob is called to a woman's health clinic where supernatural forces seem to be at work, as the drama continues. Sister Ruth is concerned about his involvement. Jacob passes a group of disabled rights protestors outside. One of these protestors later approaches Michael and tells him they served together in Bosnia and that Satan wants him back amongst the fold.
Ìý
Meanwhile, when a 15-year-old girl named Lisa turns up at the clinic for treatment, Jacob is reminded of the prophecy of a Satanic Annunciation that he learnt about during his night in prison. Jacob's attempt to exorcise Lisa in the operating theatre is a terrifying reminder of Satan's power at work. Once she has recovered, Lisa identifies her former partner, Craig, as one of the protestors. However, when Jacob visits him he doesn't seem to exhibit any signs of possession. Jacob discovers that someone has been tampering with Craig's medication to use him as a vessel for Satan, but he is still unable to get to the bottom of the mystery...

Martin Shaw is Father Jacob, Siobhan Finneran is Sister Ruth, Rick Warden is Michael, Jo Woodcock is Lisa and Andy Dear is Craig.

Oceans
– The Indian Ocean: Coastal Waters Ep
6/8 Thursday 4 December
8.00-9.00pm ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ TWO
|
Ìý |
Underwater experts Paul Rose, Philippe Cousteau Jr, Dr Lucy Blue and Tooni Mahto explore man's relationship with the ocean where it is most intense – in the coastal waters – and discover what happens when the powerful Indian Ocean collides with the edge of a continent.
Ìý
Much of the coastline of the Indian Ocean is densely populated and the inhabitants can be profoundly affected by devastating weather patterns that cause drought and famine. The team works with scientists on an experiment to help predict extreme weather so the inhabitants can prepare for it. They dive down to a 300-year-old coral colony to drill out a core which holds a record of hundreds of years of climatic information and study it under ultraviolet light.
Ìý
In 1872 a cyclone destroyed a village on the spice island of Mafia. The team visits an uninhabited shoreline on the island to dive in search of the remains of a medieval Arab trading hub, Ras Kisimani, which was washed into the sea.
Ìý
The team dives at the edge of the continent to see how the tides and the power of the ocean currents which barrel across the Indian Ocean for thousands of miles have chiselled the land around the island of Pemba. They observe how these same currents have created an extraordinary ecosystem which can only be truly explored under cover of darkness.
Ìý
They also search for one of this area's most mysterious creatures, the seahorse, to see how the population here is facing up to the challenges of being a victim in a global trade for the eastern medicine market.
Ìý
Finally, the team takes part in a global experiment to help protect the largest fish in the sea – the whale shark. By snorkelling with these 8m-long creatures and taking photographs of their unique markings, they hope to help track and collect more information about the marine giants.

Growing Babies – War In The Womb Ep 1/2 Thursday 4 December 9.00-10.00pm ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ FOUR

Viewers can discover how babies shape their world with infant psychologist Laverne Antrobus, as she takes a fresh look at pregnancy and its role in determining human development and behaviour.
Ìý
In the first programme, War In The Womb, Antrobus explores the battleground of pregnancy from both inside and out, giving a unique insight into both the mother's and the baby's bodies. The programme illustrates how babies and mothers have a battle for survival from conception to birth.
Ìý
Antrobus investigates the theory of foetal-maternal conflict, an idea championed by Harvard evolutionary biologist Professor David Haig. During pregnancy, mothers are vulnerable to serious illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure and pre-eclampsia, as the foetus can push the mother's body to the limit.
Ìý
The odyssey of pregnancy is dogged by conflict. It begins with the battle between 500 million sperm to reach the single egg, through the aggressive tactics employed by the cells of the placenta as they invade the wall of the uterus, to the escalation of hormones in later pregnancy that have been likened to a hormonal cold war between mother and baby.

This week's Gastronuts challenge is how to survive in the wild. Food adventurer Stefan Gates and his team of intrepid explorers set out to discover whether, if you were stuck out in the wilderness with no food, water, nowhere to sleep and no way of keeping warm, you could survive the night. Stefan and the Gastronuts put their survival skills to the test by making fire, creating shelter and discovering the surprising amount of food on offer in the UK countryside, from nettles to pigeon.
