The spicy dressing for the salad works well with all kinds of salads, including a green or salmon salad.

Ingredients
- chicken breast: 100g/3陆oz roasted chicken breast, roughly chopped
- celery: 1 celery stick, thinly sliced
- spring onion: 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- pepper: 25g/1oz red pepper, thinly sliced
- fennel: 25g/1oz fennel, thinly sliced
For the dressing
- chilli sauce: 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- white wine vinegar: 2 tsp white wine vinegar
Method
To make the dressing, whisk together all the ingredients.
In a small shallow bowl, toss together all the salad ingredients.
Pour over the dressing and serve.
