Chris - is going to the gym and then he'll be getting ready for his friend Gary Barlow's 40th Birthday Party

Dave - is going ice skating with some friends and then going to another friend's birthday party

Dom - is presenting the Oddbox and then DJ'ing for the RAF in a big air hanger

Tina - is having a girly lunch and then she has some meetings this afternoon

Aled - is picking up a friend from hospital, then he's going for lunch with Sam and Matt and then he's going to Gary's party tonight

Sam - is going for lunch with Aled and Matt

Matt - is going for lunch with Aled and Sam
