Chris - is off to a screening of Megamind and then he's meant to go for a run this afternoon. He's keeping an eye on the snow - if it looks as though it's getting heavy, he'll go to bed early so he can walk to work in the morning, as the listeners mean that much to him

Dave - has a mystery appointment, then he's going to the gym and he's generally keeping warm

Sam - will also be seeing Megamind so she's fully prepared when she meets him in the morning

Matt - won't be going to the screening as he has work to do, but tonight he's watching the final episode of Spooks and is really worried that Ruth is going to die

Aled - will also be going to see Megamind, then he'll be sleeping and tonight he's presenting the Surgery with Gemma from 1Xtra at 9pm - it's all about friendship tonight

Tina - will also be going to see Megamind, then she'll be putting together an emergency bag for the snow

Dom - will also be going to Megamind, then he has a meeting - he'll try not to be annoying in either instance

Chris - is going to the gym again and he's having fish and chips for his supper

Dave - is off to the gym, then he's having some 'fun food' tonight, he's off to the gym again tomorrow and then in the evening he's off to a gig in Derby

Aled - is having a haircut, then he's going Christmas shopping, then tomorrow and Sunday he's recording the Surgery for TV

Sam - is resisting the urge to have lunch at 11am, checking out the shops for some clothing purchases then dinner with mates tonight

Matt - will be having a weekend off

Dom - will be checking that the rats have left his loft, then he'll be playing the gig with Dave on Saturday night

Tina - is also doing Christmas shopping, then she'll be having an early dinner and then watching some tennis at the O2

Matt - is fighting off a cold so will be taking lots of medication then tonight he's going to catch up a stack of new music

Sam - is going out for lunch, then she's having a power nap and performing some vocal exercises before going out for karaoke with the team tonight

Matt - will be busy in the office, then he has yoga at lunchtime and then he'll be going out for karaoke with the team tonight
