Chris - is training some more today, then he's organising his holiday plans next week whilst listening to his album. He might also be watching Flash Forward.
Dave- will be learning some more about the construction of British motorways and thinking about what he'll have for tea tonight
Rach - will be working hard in the office; tonight her friend Caroline is coming over - unbelievably some of the wine and Prosecco at her wedding was leftover, so they'll be polishing that off!
Carrie - is going to walk the dog and she'll be dosing up on some medicine
Dom - has no specific plans, apart from watching Al's documentary tonight
Aled - will be going for a run with Rachel, then he has playlist and then he'll be watching his documentary tonight on ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ2 Wales at 7.30
