Here's what The Chris Moyles Show members are doing today:
Chris is training with his personal trainer today, this afternoon he then needs to do some work on his parody album. Tonight he might cook his tea.
Dave is writing a topical song and then going home and cooking some tea.
Rach has a busy day, going for a run with Aled, then getting her hair and nails done. She's meeting up with Steve the caterer and also attending a pilates class
Dom is meeting the cast of the children's TV show Peppa Pig.
Carrie is meeting her friend Emma for a coffee and then she'll be going to Yoga later.
Aled is going for a run with Rachel, then this evening he's hosting a high brow conference called The Big Conversation with the boss of M&S! Random.
