Day 18 - one more night of drinking to go. Tomorrow on The Chris Moyles Show with Scott Mills I'll be tested to see how my body's changed then I'll get the results this Sunday on The Surgery with Kelly!

p.s. if I don't see any more alcohol for the rest of my life...

I'm impressed you stuck it out so long, i would have been in hospital getting my stomach pumped ages ago!

Aled, a massive well done for sticking at it and getting those three extra wrinkles and more pores/bacteria etc for us! Much appreciated and it's made me realise what I'm doing to myself after a heavy night. I'm sticking to a limit next time. Grimy's Police video was the biggest eye opener for me.

The "research" about Chris advertising drinking (or whatever other word they've used) is point blank ridiculous. It's not like he's pouring pints down peoples throats by force. If a bit of chatter is seen as advertising something, they'll be saying that any mention of anything controversial is. I suspect that includes drugs/sex/violence/nudity (there goes any mention of the naked balloon dance for Dave's next wedding!).

    Don't change Chris!

I would like to say a well done for bringing into the public eye the effects of this big problem that alot of people suffer from and subsequently kills. My sons father died aged 44 from alcohol addiction and it is a terrible death and slow. Good luck in your recovery Aled
