I'm blogging for legal reasons

Dear computer friends, me again, back with another one of those blog rocking treats. For those of you that have been waiting for an update on my health after I was struck down with Manfluenza, the good news is that I’m now almost back to full ‘life fitness’, although my ‘athletic match fitness’ is still a little short of its physical optimum. It’s this that caused me to suffer from severe cramps and calf strains during the Great North Run (which was so serious that it required expert medical assistance from a team of proper Red Cross people) and resulted in my finishing time being a little disappointing. Still, at least I didn’t wet myself...

My legs are actually still a bit sore at the moment, but I guess that’s something you have to get used to, when you push the body to the outer limits of extremity and beyond.

Today Lily Allen’s dad Keith came in wanting to kill me. Apparently Allen junior got upset because I only gave her 4 out of 10 in ‘rate the guest’ last week. As a result, I’m not ‘soup de jour’ in the Allen household and daddy Keith said that the lovely Lily now thinks I’m a c***, which is nice.

In other news, hip hop Hoop Dogg today tried to teach me how to blog on from home and load my thoughts on to the internet manually by myself. His explanation though, left me slightly confused, and I’m not sure that this will ever work for me. I therefore feel that’s its probably best that I just email it and get him to do all his nerdy magic, leaving me free to be concentrate on other things and cook my tea.

By way of a follow up to some of the alleged possible allegations I was making last time about a conspiracy involving doctors and pharmaceuticalists keeping us all ill on purpose in order to sell us more of their over priced remedies, I now believe that this isn’t the case, and blame my outspoken thoughts on my condition. Our executive producer Rhys thought such inflammatory allegations could possibly result in costly and potential damaging legal action, so for the record I take it all back, and never really meant it anyway.

Well, that’s just about it from me. Tomorrow we’ve got another top class showbiz guest, so why not tune in from seven to see if they think I’m a c***!

Until next time

Bye Bye

Dave.

Dave, would you recommend rubber sheeting for a pond liner or the more traditional "rigid" ones?

Ah, you were right about Lily Allen - moderately talented with a head the size of Nepal. I've still got her down as a 2 albums to obscurity type.

Keith was only slightly better - why not arrange a group inverview with P Diddy and Halle Berry!?

I can imagine that you're distraught at that classy gal Lily's comments about you.

Missed the show this morning, wish I'd have tuned in.

Well done on the GNR - I'd massage your calves for you any time!
