Team Efforts

Raj&Pablo | 13:30 UK time, Tuesday, 31 March 2009

Last week we had two releases, Aa Dekhen Zara and Ek The Power of One. Neil Nitin Mukesh is only two films old and is showing a bag full of promise. Where as Bobby Deol, star of the rather dull, Ek The Power of One, has a good few films under his belt and really should know better when picking scripts.

Aa Dekhen Zara

Raj&Pablo | 15:38 UK time, Friday, 27 March 2009

This week's big release is Aa Dekhen Zara. Finally a film this year, which if it lives up to the hype, should be a very sexy thriller. How could it not be with Johnny Gaddar star Neil Nitin Mukesh and Bipasha Basu in leading roles??!

Tigress Tagore

Raj&Pablo | 14:48 UK time, Tuesday, 24 March 2009

We had such a laugh last weekend. We were both in March masti mode, the sun was shinning and you guys made for a Bollytastic show. Even though "Aloo Chaat" will never make it into our all time favourite movies, Aftaab was as usual on form. Our Big Bollywood Mamas for our Strictly Five Factor made you all feel mamatastic, our apologies for not being able to play K3G - we'll make sure we play it this week. Our highlight was of course speaking to the divine Sharmila Tagore.

Big Bolly Mamas

Raj&Pablo | 16:30 UK time, Friday, 20 March 2009

A big thank you to everyone who enjoyed our interview with Waheeda Rehman.Ìý It still makes us tingle to be able to chat to some of Bollywood 's living legends. For the group of you who grabbed us when we were sitting enjoying the sunshine and watching the world go by , her must see films are Guru Dutt ' s Pyassa, Kagaaz Ke Phool , Guide , Mujhe Jeene Do and Khamoshi. And your idea of giving a Raj&Pablo definitive list of "must see movies" is something we will definitely look into.

We've Reached 100

Raj&Pablo | 11:27 UK time, Tuesday, 17 March 2009

This week we both really missed Mumbai. It feel's like time passed by too quickly, and every time we get our Bolly dose over the weekend, it takes us right back to the Filmfare awards. You canÌýwatch the videos of Abhishek and Dia.

Happy Holi

Raj&Pablo | 11:29 UK time, Friday, 13 March 2009

Happy Holi everyone. Finally we feel we are over our jet lag, but never over missing Mumbai, can't wait to go back. No big releases this week, but there's still plenty to talk about this weekend on Love Bollywood.

Look At Me...Don't Look At Me

Raj&Pablo | 14:35 UK time, Tuesday, 10 March 2009

'Aa Dekhen Zara' - to look or not look...is the question. Well we certainly did on Sunday's show when we reviewed the soundtrack. I have to say, it's a grower. The title comes from a song from the Sanjay Dutt's debut movie "Rocky", starring Neil Nitin Mukesh as a photographer, Bipasha as a DJ and our very own Londoner Sophie Choudhary. It's a thriller and we think its going to be huge.

The Boys Are Back

Raj&Pablo | 10:42 UK time, Friday, 6 March 2009

Just wanted to say thank you for your response to our shows from Mumbai - so glad you all enjoyed them as much as we did. We landed in a cold London and as always on our return from that mesmerising city feel energised and exuberant and our byline at the moment is "Jai Ho"!

Mumbai: Day 6

Raj&Pablo | 19:20 UK time, Sunday, 1 March 2009

The shows went with a blast - zap and then they were over! Raj was like Nirupa Roy in Amar Akbar Anthony, his eyes flared up and he couldn't seen hence the glasses!
