Marking Obama's inauguration at the Council House Birmingham鈥檚 prominent black councillors, church leaders, community leaders and business owners watched Barack Obama make history and become the first black President of the United States of America in special live big screen event held at the Birmingham Council House on Tuesday 20th January 2009.
