Craig Dolby: I started when I was three-years-old, so 19 years of hard work and just never giving up on a dream. If you have a dream in anything, you just have to keep pushing and it will come true one day.

It's also dedication. As long as you put your heart into it, you can make yourself as good as you want to be. I just put my heart into it, push hard and motivate myself. I am finally here one step higher and it's been a good year.

RYG: What are your goals for 2010?

CD: I want to win in 2010. This year's been tough and a few times I've been knocked off the circuit by the other drivers. Next year there's a few good tracks so I'll be back.

RYG: How important is it to work well as a team?

CD: It is a team event and my team are like my family, they're so close to me and it's down to them as well. I do the easy part, I get to drive the car. They are up until the late hours of the evening working hard on the car.
