With both her parents out of the picture it was down to Toni to keep both the Loxley’s Café, and her sister Olive ticking over.
Whilst she’s got the Café bit sorted completely, she was less good at controlling her sister’s moral upbringing.
In her heart, she's a stubborn romantic who dreams of adventures, if only her knight in shining armour would smash through her monotonous life and sweep her away. But in the real world, that never happens, does it?
She’s terrified of growing old too quickly, and was always ready to forsake her own happiness to make sure Olive got the best start in life. But now without Olive, where will life take Toni?

Favourite album of all time? That’s so hard, I have about 10. At the moment it’s The Roots - Things Fall Apart.
What would your superpower and superhero name be? I'd be able to fly and my name would be McFlystar.
Would you be friends with your character? Absolutely although I'd have to stop her being such a moaner and chill out.
If you were a picnic would you eat yourself? Yes indeed, especially if strawberries were involved.
What film do you wish you'd been in? Edith Piaff in La Vie En Rose….although I'd need to learn French.
