The plot for this sci-fi Bollywood flick focuses on Karan (Harman Baweja), a young energetic boy who lives a carefree life, and a young, shy girl by the name of Sana (Priyanka Chopra).

Karan's uncle, Dr Yatinder Khanna (Boman Irani), is an eccentric scientist and has been working on a time machine for years. The doctor sees the fruit of his hard labour when he finally gets the machine to work.听
Sana and Karan are quick to express their desire to travel in time to year 2050. So, accompanying them on this future-bound trip are Sana's younger brother Rahul and sister Thea.
What they see in the future is a spectacular city with flying cars, 200-storey buildings, robots and sky rails that have changed the very face of Mumbai and the world!
Through a series of twists and turns, time traveller Karan, finds himself separated from his love and threatened a self-professed 'god' of the future, Dr Hoshi.
Will Karan be able to fight off Dr Hoshi and save Sana in good time? QT, a friendly female robot and Boo, a small robotic teddy bear all play important roles in the quest.
Love Story 2050 is said to be India's biggest and most expensive sci-fi movie to date. It is being released this June by Adlabs based in London. Special effects have been created by award winning technicians based in new Zealand and Australia.

The trailer for Love Story 2050, being screened with current Bollywood films in UK cinemas, seems to be generating a lot of interest among Bollywood fans.
If Krrish paved the way to futuristic Bollywood, then wait for Love Story 2050 to release. It promises some unusual surprises - Star Wars meets Bollywood - and definitely one to watch out for this summer!
