We have not seen John Abraham of late after appearing in the box office hits, Dostana (2008) and the critically acclaimed New York (2009). Reports suggest that John is all set to star in a film directed by Shirish Kunder of the Jaan-E Mann fame.

Titled, Alien Sahib, the movie is said to have an alien twist although not much is known at this stage. John will also be co-producing the movie.

According to the director, Alien Sahib will be a sweet, emotional film in 3D although 2D prints will also release simultaneously in cinemas.

Technicians from the West will be employed on this project which will have special effects similar to that of the Hollywood flick, Avatar.

The movie is still in it鈥檚 scripting and casting stages. Director Kunder is also currently looking for an actress to play the female lead alongside Abraham.
