Jai Singh Rathore (Imran Khan) is the most passive guy you could ever meet. But then you also have the aggressive and passionate Aditi Mahant (Genelia D'Souza) to contend with. It is not advisable to pick a fight with Aditi because if you do, then you better take cover until Jai arrives on the scene. Only he alone can calm Aditi.
While Jai thinks Aditi's parents should have rinsed her mouth with soap when she was a child, Aditi reckons that Jai is the biggest coward she has ever encountered. Jai and Aditi are perfect for each other in some odd, distorted way which is difficult to understand. Their close friends and parents are aware of this. But do Jai and Aditi know?

Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na (meaning whether you know or not) marks the Bollywood debut of Imran Khan, Aamir Khan's nephew. Additionally, it is Abbas Tyrewala's debut film as a director.
The musical score for this film has been composed by AR Rahman while it has been produced by Aamir Khan, responsible for the recently-released and award-winning Taare Zameen Par.
Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na is releasing in UK cinemas by distributor UTV Motion Pictures based in London.
