Donald is quite happy to givre 拢10 a fortnight from his Incapacity Benefit now all his fank expenses are over.

If maybe one of the residents decided to open a 5 star Band B they could use 42k of the grant to complete the purchase if others gave their labour free to cover the sum. Or maybe everyone on the Galson estate could apply for relocation expenses and swap houses. Four lots of 拢13k would cover it. I would pay 拢13k to relocate to Lewis never mind the other way round.
