Just over a hundred years ago, an event took place in India that was described by one onlooker as 'the grandest pageant in history'.
It was the 1903 Delhi Durbar, held to celebrate the coronation of King Edward VII, organised by the Viceroy of India, Lord Curzon.
At the ball held after the Durbar, Lady Mary Curzon stole the show, in a silver and gold dress in a peacock feather design. This Peacock Dress, as it's become known, is kept at the Curzon family seat, Kedleston Hall in Derbyshire.
Clare Jenkins has been to see it, and to find out more about the life of its glamorous wearer.
