Souer Sourire 24 December 2003
Forty years ago a Belgian nun stormed up the British charts with an unlikely hit Dominique Dominique. The record did so well that in America, where it got to number one, she outsold Elvis.

But behind the hit is a tragic story of a young woman who just could not cope with the attention and success that stardom brought.

Kathleen Griffin set off to find out more about the elusive Singing Nun, Jeanine Deckers.
