Forty years ago, a young secretary from Bournemouth travelled to Kenya to realise her dream of observing animals in the wild. Since then, Jane Goodall has become the world famous primatologist who has led the field with her pioneering work into chimpanzee behaviour.

Dr Jane Goodall joins Martha to talk about her life's work and her fight to save the chimpanzee from the biggest threat of all: the trade in bushmeat.
