Dr Lena Ma is a scientist whose discovery could help save an estimated 60 million people.
She has found a humble fern which can extract naturally occuring arsenic from soil.
In Bangladesh, where millions suffer from arsenic poisoning, the development of her work could mean an end to years of misery.
She talks to Jenni about her work and winning this year's prestigious Discovery of the Year prize, awarded by the Royal Geographical Society.
