Guerilla reporter Brad Moss demonstrates Parkour
This week Richard Coles hears from a woman who sleeps with an ice crusher under her pillow thanks to a former lover who has been stalking her for fifteen years.

There's a guerrilla report from Brad Moss (pictured) - a practitioner of parkour or street running.

Plus Marc Koska whose simple invention – a non-re-usable syringe – has saved millions of lives, the Inheritance Tracks of post-punk hero Jah Wobble, poetry from Elvis McGonagall and a returning studio guest - restaurateur, much respected foodie and novelist Prue Leith.

Rev Richard Coles is this week's guest presenter.
